• How long after ordering is my order shipped?
  • We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.

    For custom orders, we typically produce within 5 - 7 business days. If you need something rushed, please message us BEFORE placing your order to arrange it.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and please allow additional days in transit for delivery. As orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays, delivery delays can occur during the holidays also.

  • How long does it take to arrive?
  • We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

    USA - Within 2-5 business days

    Canada - Within 4-10 business days

    Western Europe - Within 5-15 business days

    Australia/NZ - Within 5-15 business days

    Rest of the World - Within 5-20 business days

  • How do I know my order has been shipped?
  • You will receive an email notification from us once your item has been shipped, along with a tracking number that you can use to trace its movement. Please wait 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • I have made a mistake in the shipping address. Can I change it?
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct at the time of order placement, and we are not liable for lost, held, or mis-delivery errors if the customer orders with an incorrect address.

    We can change your shipping address only when your order has not been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible at our email with your name and order ID. 

    Once an item has left our fulfillment center, we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays. 

  • Can you refund me if I gave the wrong shipping address?
  • We only follow the shipping information that you provided on the checkout page when you placed your order. If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for the shipping.


  • My order is missing, what do I do?
  • A package can get lost in transit in some cases. While we are not responsible for any lost package, we will help you to track down your order. However, if you believe your package has been missing, you need to check your tracking info and contact the postal carrier to request an investigation into the location of your item. Shipping carriers typically request up to 21 days to find lost parcels after the last update on the tracking was made.

  • My order is damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
  • Please contact us if there is any damage, defects, or the incorrect item arrived, including a clear photo of the product. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please do not return the item without reaching us for support first.

  • My shipment was marked as delivered, but I never received my order.
  • If you have not received your order, while we are not responsible for any package marked as delivered, we will help you to track down your order. However, you need to contact the carrier for further delivery information, because your package may be kept at the local post office, left with a neighbor, or put in a secure location for you.

  • Do you ship to APO/ FPO addresses?
  • Yes, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Do you ship to international countries?
  • Yes, ships to domestic and international locations. 

  • What about customs, fees, and taxes?
  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • For calculated shipping rates?
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
